Shipping policy

Please ensure that a VIN number is included with your order to minimize receiving the incorrect part.

Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address. Please check with our staff for the shipping rate information specific to your order’s destination.

Depending upon location, shipments usually take 2-7 business days and a maximum of 14 business days. Transit times are not guaranteed specially for large items and the cause of delay may be due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Small or Medium Items

• We ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
• You may provide a shipment label from your preferred shipping company and we'll bring the item to the station.
• When the item has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number.
• Local pickup is available; please CONTACT US prior to purchase to make arrangements.

Large or Oversize Items

• Large items must be shipped by freight.
• We use a 3rd-party for shipping, and the cost of shipping is highly dependent on whether the address is residential or commercial as well as its distance to us.
• You MUST have a working phone number for freight shipments; we will call you to confirm part fitment prior to releasing the shipment.
• Local pickup options are also available

**HANDLING TIME

Usually ships 1-3 business days after payment is received, but shipping times may vary based on seller’s order cut-off times. We advise using PayPal Express at checkout so we can ship your order within 24 hours.
